[目的]观察中医护理干预小儿反复呼吸道感染疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将90例住院患者按抽签法分为两组。对照组45例常规治疗。干预组45例中医护理干预1针灸护理,取穴门、肝、胆、脾、胃、心、肾等穴位,动作轻巧,按压适中;2雀啄灸,点燃艾条,在施灸部位连续如鸟雀啄食反复旋转或左右方向移动5min;3按摩护理,患儿取仰卧体位,分别对内关、神门按揉3min,之后患儿取俯卧体位,采用掌揉法放松背部,自上而下反复进行3min,按揉心俞3min;手法以轻快柔和为主,轻重交替;4银花连翘方(银花、连翘、黄芩、牛蒡子、瓜蒌、薄荷、陈皮、浙贝母、桑白皮各6g,板蓝根10g,甘草3g,紫花地丁8g),1剂/d,水煎150mL,早晚口服。5情志护理。连续干预5d为1疗程。观测临床症状、护理满意度、不良反应。连续干预3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]干预组显效30例,有效12例,无效3例,总有效率93.33%。对照组显效26例,有效6例,无效13例,总有效率71.11%。干预组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。护理满意度干预组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中医护理干预小儿反复呼吸道感染效果显著,值得推广。

[Results] The intervention group was effective in 30 cases, effective in 12 cases, ineffective in 3 cases, the total effective rate was 93.33%. The control group markedly effective in 26 cases, effective in 6 cases, ineffective in 13 cases, the total effective rate was 71.11%. The intervention group was better than the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction group was better than the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] TCM nursing intervention in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
