2015年9月30日至10月5日,跨太平洋伙伴关系协定(Trans-Pacific Partnership,TPP)部长级闭门谈判在美国亚特兰大举行,美国、日本、加拿大、澳大利亚等12国最终达成基本协议,TPP取得实质性进展。这一消息在中国国内引起了广泛关注,其中一些媒体采用了“中国彻底被孤立”或“中国被动闭关锁国”等观点,渲染TPP对中国的负面影响。笔者认为,看待TPP,先要摘掉“阴谋论”的有色眼镜。TPP代表着高标准
From September 30 to October 5, 2015, the ministerial-level closed-door negotiation of the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) was held in Atlanta, United States. The 12 countries such as the United States, Japan, Canada and Australia finally reached a basic agreement, TPP made substantial progress. The news has drawn widespread concern in China. Some of these media have adopted the viewpoints of “China being completely isolated” or “China Passively Closing the Country”, rendering the negative impact of TPP on China.
