以5-氟脲嘧啶离子与汞离子的配合比为1∶2 的配位化合物作为电活性物质,首次研制了5-氟脲嘧啶碳糊修饰电极。得到了良好的电极响应曲线,响应斜率为34.8 m V/pc,线性范围达4 个数量级,检出限为10- 5m ol/L。在适宜的酸度范围H+ 对电极无干扰。十多种常见无机离子与一些嘧啶类离子对电极基本无干扰。电极稳定性较好,响应时间< 5 m in,寿命至少为6 个月。可采用直接电位法和回收试验测定商业药品。
The 5-fluorouracil carbon paste modified electrode was developed for the first time using the coordination compound of 5-fluorouracil and mercury ion as the electroactive material. A good electrode response curve was obtained with a response slope of 34.8 mV / pc and a linear range of 4 orders of magnitude with a detection limit of 10 -5 mol / L. H + electrode in the appropriate range of acidity without interference. More than a dozen common inorganic ions and some pyrimidine ion pairs of the electrode basically no interference.
