近年来全国各地金融机构异地贷款发展迅速,成为银行领域不可忽视的一种现象。本文以后发地区福建省宁德市为例,归纳异地贷款的总体特征,分析其对区域经济金融的影响,并从背景层面、政府层面、市场层面和银行层面对异地贷款的发展趋势进行了预测,指出后发地区要充分利用异地贷款的扩张趋势为地方产业发展和经济腾飞服务。
In recent years, the loans of financial institutions across the country have developed rapidly and become a phenomenon that can not be ignored in the field of banking. This paper takes Ningde City in Fujian Province as an example to summarize the overall characteristics of off-site lending and analyze its impact on regional economy and finance. The paper forecasts the development trend of off-site lending from the background level, the government level, the market level and the bank level, It points out that the late sending regions should make full use of the expansion trend of off-site loans to serve local industry development and economic take-off.
