各省市积极发展创业创新,不仅是为了扩大中小企业规模,实现市场经济多样化,更是为了加快经济转型,提升本土产业附加价值,从而实现地区经济的可持续发展。在管理学角度下,产业集群是实现全民创新创业的有效手段,也是在短时间内最能够提升经济效益、助力市场经济的途径之一。在湖南省推进产业集群模式的过程中,中小型企业创新成本降低,区域内对人们创新创业行为的管理趋于便捷,人才培养模式得到升级。本文基于管理学角度分析了湖南产业集群对全民创新创业的影响。
Various provinces and municipalities are actively developing entrepreneurship and innovation, not only to expand the scale of SMEs and diversify the market economy, but also to speed up economic restructuring and enhance the added value of local industries so as to achieve sustainable regional economic development. In the perspective of management science, industrial clusters are an effective means of realizing innovation and entrepreneurship for all and also one of the ways to enhance economic efficiency and boost market economy in a short period of time. In the process of promoting the industrial cluster model in Hunan Province, the innovation cost of small and medium-sized enterprises is reduced. The management of people’s innovation and entrepreneurship in the region tends to be convenient and the mode of personnel training is upgraded. This article analyzes the impact of Hunan industrial cluster on innovation and entrepreneurship of all people based on management perspective.
