21世纪多元文化对教育的冲击是非常明显的,教育的多元化主要表现在:教学目标的多元;教学内容的多元;教法的多元;教学评价的多元。如何优化高职院校健美操教学内容、教学方法手段、教学评价体系,促进高职院校体育课教学改革。为此,本文以南通纺织职业技术学院多年来健美操选修课教学改革为研究对象,对近年所进行的多元化教学的创新模式进行剖析、比较、在理论上和实践方面进行有序的总结,旨在为高职院校体育教学改革提供理论与实践依据。
