编辑同志:您好!我最近在工作上遇到些问题,很是烦恼。希望通过专家咨询,找到一个好的解决办法。我担任企业研发部副科长职务,与韩籍上司的关系一直处理不好,目前甚至有进一步恶化的趋势。我一直不平的是,掌握核心技术的韩籍员工不太愿意主动向本地员工传授技术,而且不让本地干部参与业务决策。韩籍上司认为本地干部太年轻、经验不足,不适合参与决策;至于技术传授的问题,韩籍上司认为应该主动的是本地员工而不是韩籍员工,本地员工应主动向韩籍技术人员请教。

Korean managers think local cadres are too young and inexperienced to participate in decision-making. As for the technology transfer, Korean managers think local employees should take the initiative rather than Korean employees. Local employees should take the initiative to consult with Korean technicians.
