我们在本厂厂房总装车间工程施工中发现,钢筋混凝土杯形柱基的模板,按照传统的方法施工,斜撑所耗用的木材比较多,而且由于将木材长料锯短,在模板拆除后容易散失,杯基内模不易拆除,用工耗料较多,有时,在混凝土浇筑施工中,由于支撑钉得不牢固,在混凝土浇捣时,有时模板涨开,不能确保杯形柱基的质量。因此,我们在施工中,对杯形柱基的模板进行了改革,取得了较好的效果。
