在国学谚海中,寿谚“九十九”很有特色。它从人们日常生活方面讲到了健康长寿的重要性,以及保健方法与对策,是老祖宗留给我们的健康生活方式的实践经验。“饭后百步走,睡觉不蒙首,每饭少一口,能活九十九。”从运动、睡眠、饮食方面提出了人要健康长寿所遵守的一些原则。
