一、工程概况某水厂清水池一座,容积6000立方米,内径45米,池高4米,由80块先张预应力壁板拼装而成。壁板宽1.66米,厚15厘米,板间灌400号细石混凝土,沿壁板高有34圈环向电热法预应力钢筋,其间距自上而下分布为6~L18@150毫米、23~L18@100毫米、5~L18@150毫米。每圈预应力筋分为六段,分别交错锚固在12个锚固肋上。水池底现浇200号钢筋混凝土,水池顶盖由90根钢筋混凝土预制柱支承预制十字连续梁,梁上安装预应力空心板,上铺φ4@150毫米钢筋网,
I. Project Overview A water plant has a clear water tank with a volume of 6,000 cubic meters, an inner diameter of 45 meters and a pool height of 4 meters. It consists of 80 pretensioned prestressed wall panels. The sidings are 1.66 meters wide and 15 centimeters thick. No. 400 fine-grained concrete is poured between the plates. There are 34 rings along the siding height to electrothermal prestressed steel bars. The distance between them is 6~L18@150 mm from top to bottom. ~L18@100mm, 5~L18@150mm. Each pre-stressed tendon is divided into six sections, staggered and anchored on 12 anchoring ribs. The bottom of the pool is cast with 200# reinforced concrete. The top cover of the pool is supported by 90 reinforced concrete precast columns to support the prefabricated cross continuous beam. The prestressed hollow slab is installed on the beam, and the φ4@150mm steel mesh is laid on the top.
