知识溢出是指地区或行业之间由于知识存量差异而导致的经济、业务交往活动中知识和技术的转移过程。知识溢出效应是整个科技活动及创新的基础和源泉,对于推动我国技术创新起到非常关键的作用。在对知识溢出效应相关文献综述研究基础上,分析知识溢出效应的关键影响因素,构建知识溢出效应的过程机理模型,并从知识生产函数角度提出知识溢出效应的度量模型。
Knowledge spillover refers to the process of knowledge and technology transfer in economy and business communication activities caused by differences in knowledge stocks between regions or industries. The spillover effect of knowledge is the foundation and source of the entire science and technology activities and innovation and plays a very crucial role in promoting technological innovation in our country. Based on the literature review of knowledge spillover effect, the paper analyzes the key influencing factors of knowledge spillover effect, constructs the process mechanism model of knowledge spillover effect, and puts forward the measurement model of knowledge spillover effect from the perspective of knowledge production function.
