在税收、财务、物价大检查中,虽然有不少违反财经纪律的单位,但是也发现了一些遵纪守法、增产节约、增收节支、艰苦奋斗的好企业、好单位。为了褒扬先进,鞭策后进,发挥典范作用,更好地推动“三查”工作,湖北省襄樊市决定在全市企业、事业和行政单位中评选合格的单位,试行税收、财务、物价大检查免检制度。凡是在1987～1989年“三查”中符合下列条件的单位,可授予下年度的“三查”免检单位: 1.积极参加税收、财务、物价大检查工作,每年大检查自查上报的违纪金额与重点检查的违纪金额基本相符,且违纪金额(包括税收、财务、物价)按年计算,大中型企业在2万元以下,小型企业在1万元以下的。
