目的:通过规范物流运送的管理办法,降低气动物流运送等待时间,充分发挥气动物流优点,提高医院整体工作效率。方法:开展以“降低气动物流运送等待时间”为主题的跨科室品管圈活动,采用现状调查方法对运送量相对较多的9个站点的物流运送等待时间进行了调查研究,通过分析研究制定相应的对策并在全院组织实施,比较开展品管圈活动前后物流运送平均等待时间。结果 :物流运送等待时间从原来的平均7.44min下降到平均4.78min,明显提高了整体工作效率。结论:跨科室品管圈活动在降低气动物流运送等待时间中效果显著,有效地提高了工作效率,也充分提高了团队协作能力。
Objective: To standardize the management of logistics delivery, reduce the waiting time for transporting pneumatic logistics, give full play to the advantages of pneumatic logistics, and improve the overall work efficiency of hospitals. Methods: Carrying out the cross-departmental quality control circle with the theme of “Reducing the waiting time for the delivery of aerodynamic logistics”, the status quo investigation method was used to investigate the logistics delivery waiting time of 9 stations with relatively large transportation volume. Through the analysis Research and formulate the corresponding countermeasures and organize the implementation of the hospital, compared to carry out quality control activities before and after the average logistics and delivery time. Results: Logistics delivery waiting time decreased from an average of 7.44min to an average of 4.78min, which obviously improved the overall work efficiency. Conclusion: Cross-section quality control loop activities have significant effects in reducing the waiting time of pneumatic logistics transportation, effectively improving work efficiency and fully improving team collaboration.
