我厂自1962年以来,在冬季生产了一种抗冻瓦坯。具体作法如下:将固体氯化钠溶于水中,配制浓度33.65%的含盐溶液(即每100kg 溶液中合盐33.65kg),在粘土中加入这种溶液5~7%,即使在摄氏零下7度仍不冻结。掺入粘土中的食盐溶液愈浓,瓦坯的抗冻性愈好,冻结的温度愈低。食盐溶液浓度可根据所要求的抗冻性来决定(参看附表)。一般粘土中含水分18~20%,瓦坯成型水分控制在25%,故可再掺入5~7%食盐溶液。掺有食盐溶
