摩擦选矿和形状选矿的根据是被选矿粒沿斜面运动速度的差别。当倾角一定时,矿粒沿斜面运动速度取决于矿粒本身的表面状态、它的形状、湿度、密度、粒度以及斜面的表面性质和矿粒沿斜面运动的运动特征(滚动或滑动)。从矿粒沿斜面运动的观点看,摩擦系数是表征矿粒性质的基本参数。
The basis for frictional beneficiation and shape beneficiation is the difference in velocity of the selected mineral particles along the bevel. When the angle of inclination is fixed, the velocity of ore along the slope depends on the surface state of the ore itself, its shape, humidity, density, particle size, and the surface properties of the slope and the movement characteristics (rolling or sliding) of the ore along the slope. From the perspective of the movement of the ore along the bevel, the friction coefficient is a basic parameter for characterizing the properties of the ore.
