本文论述了强发散场卡夫曼离子源的基本设计考虑,给出了一些决定源性能的实用计算公式,对主要参数结合实例给出了定量结果。重点是探讨最基本的而目前国内外文献较少涉及的方面,突出解决设计实用源中某些参数的计算方法,力求提供卡夫曼源设计中有参考价值的多种数据和展示出一些新的内容。因此,对于某些虽然具有基础性质但已有共知性的问题不再讨论。此外,也注意了内在的连续性。
This paper discusses the basic design considerations of KFNF sources and gives some practical calculation formulas for determining the source performance. The quantitative results of the main parameters with examples are given.
