制造自动化和制造信息化一样,都是后工业化的重要组成部分。面对设计更加精益和快速响应的计算机集成制造系统带来的巨大挑战,企业在实现制造自动化的过程中,往往容易忽视技术、组织结构和员工之间的有机联系和交互作用。英国克兰菲尔德大学制造系的B.阿尔曼耐、R.格林诺和J.凯三位学者在《机器人学与计算机集成制造》期刊上,发表署名文章《基于QFD与FMEA的制造自动化技术选择决策支持工具》,提出了一种将人员因素、技术和组织整合起来的制造自动化决策工具,在制造自动化决策初期充分考虑了技术、组织结构和员工之间的有机联系和交互作用。文章介绍了这种工具运用的方法、程序模型以及在英国劳斯莱斯公司实践的验证。
Manufacturing automation and manufacturing information, like, are an important part of post-industrialization. Faced with the huge challenge of designing a more lean and responsive computer integrated manufacturing system, organizations often overlook the organic links and interactions between technology, organizational structure and employees in the process of manufacturing automation. The authors of B. Arman, R. Greene and J. Kay in the Department of Manufacturing at Cranfield University in the United Kingdom published the authored essay entitled “Manufacturing Automation Technology Based on QFD and FMEA in Journal of Robotics and Computer Integrated Manufacturing Decision Support Tools ”, a manufacturing automation decision-making tool integrating personnel factors, technologies and organizations was put forward. In the early stage of manufacturing automation decision, organic relations and interaction between technology, organizational structure and employees were fully considered. This article describes the methodology used to develop this tool, the procedural model, and the validation of the practice at Rolls-Royce in the UK.
