目前ZCZ—20类型的防爆电力装岩机国内已基本定型。从控制线路看,基本上是一种形式:采用六芯电缆从磁力起动器一端“送电”,而在机器一端只能“停电”。这样,在实际使用当中有很多不便:例如当机器出现故障或暂时不便用时,都需要停电,而再要送电就必须到几十米以外的磁力起动器处去操作,这样往返既影响生产,又增加司机的劳动强度,用户早有改进的要求。但是,根据《防爆电气设备制造规程》有关要求,防爆电气设备必须有单独、可靠的接地芯线,而不能兼当控制线使用。这样,采用目前广泛使用的六芯电缆同时实现“停电”、“送电”就受到限制。能不能用六芯电缆同时完成这二种任务呢?这里提供二种准备在我厂装岩机改进中采用六芯电缆实现这种控制的线路,以供参考。
