The massive copper-zinc sulphide ores belonging to the No. 5 ore body of the Geyisike Mine belong to the refractory ore. Ore is characterized by: variable composition of the material, secondary sulfide content (20 ~ 40%), and contains large amounts of copper sulfate (2 ~ 8%). These factors are extremely detrimental to the preferential flotation of copper and zinc sulphides. Regardless of the depth or direction of the ore body, copper: zinc is between 1: 1 and 2: 1. In the case of complex burial ore bodies, the selective mining of a particular ore is virtually impossible, so the ore must be mixed.
