笔者在对高职院校学生顶岗实习现状分析的基础上,以常州轻工职业技术学院旅游系顶岗实习学生管理为例,提出了高职院校顶岗实习学生管理的新思路、新途径,从而达到提高高职院校顶岗实习学生管理效果和人才培养质量的目的。
On the basis of the analysis of the status quo of internship in colleges and universities, the author takes the management of internship of internships in tourism in Changzhou Institute of Light Industry Technology as an example, and puts forward the new ideas and new approaches to the management of internships in internship in higher vocational colleges. So as to achieve the purpose of improving the management effect of post-training internship students and the quality of personnel training in higher vocational colleges.
