本文基于重庆高职院校数据,利用社会统计软件(SPSS),对“双师素质”教师培养9个影响因素进行了实证分析,最后针对专业素质、制度建设、激励机制、发展前景、培养过程5个主要影响因素提出对策建议。
Based on the data of Chongqing higher vocational colleges, this paper makes an empirical analysis of nine influential factors on the training of teachers with “double qualities” using social statistics software (SPSS). Finally, in view of professional quality, system construction, incentive mechanism, development prospect, Five main factors that influence the cultivation process and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
