The proposal of a new type of socialist labor relations is not only a major theoretical issue, but also an important concept update. Only by applying new concepts and new perspectives can we see clearly that the new phenomena and new problems that emerge under the conditions of a socialist market economy can we interpret some of the problems encountered in the work of trade unions.
