韩国目前已经建成17所孔子学院和2所孔子课堂,日益成为在韩国传播中国文化和推广汉语教学的重要品牌和平台,承担了大量的韩国本土汉语教师师资培训任务。韩国孔子学院师资培训模式分为四类:其一,韩国境内常规师资培训课程。其二,短期赴华师资培训。其三,师资培训讲座。其四,师资培训研讨会、教学技能比赛。韩国孔子学院师资培训项目日后需要注意加强与当地政府和教育管理部门的合作,抓紧编写适合韩国的国别化师资培训教材,对韩国本土汉语教师群体进行调查、统计和分析,有针对性地制定师资培训宣传招生策略与培训模式。
Currently, Korea has established 17 Confucius Institutes and 2 Confucius Classrooms. It is increasingly becoming an important brand and platform for disseminating Chinese culture and promoting Chinese language teaching in South Korea. It undertakes a large number of teacher training programs for Korean native Chinese teachers. Confucius Institute at South Korea’s teacher training model is divided into four categories: First, South Korea conventional teacher training courses. Second, short-term teacher training in China. Third, teacher training seminars. Fourth, teacher training seminars, teaching skills competitions. In the future, teacher training programs at Confucius Institute in South Korea should pay attention to strengthening cooperation with local government and education administration departments, pay close attention to the preparation of nationalized teacher training materials suitable for Korea, conduct surveys, statistics and analyzes on local Chinese teachers in South Korea, and formulate targeted training programs Teacher Training Publicity Admission Strategy and Training Mode.
