青光眼是前房型人工晶体植入术后的主要并发症,我院遇到一例,现报告如下; 患者侯某,女性,32岁,以右眼外伤后失明17个月于1985年11月21入院,眼部检查:视力光感、光定位及辨色力正常,眼压17.3mmHg,角膜透明,前房清,瞳孔圆,居中,虹膜无粘连,对光反应存在,晶体混浊,眼底不能见。左眼视力1.5,无异常发现。全身体检及化检验检查无异常。诊断外伤性白内障。于1985年11月27日在手术显微镜下行右眼白内障囊外摘除、前房型人工晶体一期植入术(AC31型硅凝胶人工晶体)。手术顺利,术中虹膜周边切除两处,手术结束前结膜下注入庆大霉素4万单位、氟美松2.5mg、强的松龙0.5ml。术后连用青霉素和链霉素5天阿托品和激素类眼药点眼数日。术后1日视力指数/眼前,Tyndall(+++),瞳孔圆,居中,直径5mm,可见少量混浊

On November 27, 1985 underwent a surgical microscope extracapsular cataract extraction, anterior chamber intraocular lens implantation (AC31 type silicone gel intraocular lens). Surgery was successful, intraoperative iris excision around the two, before the end of surgery to inject gentamicin 40,000 units, dexamethasone 2.5mg, prednisolone 0.5ml. Postoperative use of penicillin and streptomycin 5 days atropine and hormone eye drops for several days. Visual acuity index / anterior, Tyndall (+++), pupil circle, center, diameter 5mm, visible a small amount of turbidity
