近年来,我省各县市在税制改革中,陆续将国、地税分开,辖区个体、私营、国营企业也根据不同行业归属国、地税管理,这对缴纳税费起到了积极作用。然而在农村,一些税务所多则要管辖5～6个乡镇,少则也管2～3个乡镇,一些经营户每次缴纳税款和领取发票不得不往返几十里路程,既耽误时间又影响生意,令经营户有苦难言。
