目前,我国国民经济保持了快速增长的势头,改革开放继续推进,社会事业全面发展,第二产业和第三产业蓬勃发展,广东等发达地区的高级专业技术型人才十分紧缺,一定程度上制约了我国经济结构调整和经济增长方式转变。所以,专业技术型人才培养的情况,就成为了牵动以第二产业和第三产业为发展方向的地方经济发展的关键因素之一。本文在“学历+技能”人才培养模式与地方产业发展的协调互促方面,提出了对策和建议。
At present, the national economy of our country has maintained a momentum of rapid growth. The reform and opening up continue to be promoted. The social undertakings are developing in an all-round way. The secondary and tertiary industries are flourishing. The high-level professional and technical personnel in developed areas such as Guangdong are in short supply. China’s economic restructuring and transformation of economic growth mode. Therefore, the cultivation of professional and technical personnel has become one of the key factors influencing the development of local economy with the secondary and tertiary industries as the development direction. This paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions in the aspect of coordination and mutual promotion of personnel training mode of “education + skills” and local industry development.
