在法学界,人权与司法保障一直以来都是争论不休的一个话题。本文首先分析了人权司法保障制度完善的重要意义,然后阐述人权的司法保障——法律援助,最后从死亡赔偿对人权与司法进行了系统的讲解,希望能够让人权的司法保障满足理论与实践相互统一。
In jurisprudence, human rights and judicial guarantees have always been a topic of constant debate. This article first analyzes the importance of perfecting the system of human rights judicial protection, and then elaborates on the judicial safeguard of human rights - legal aid. At last, it gives a systematic explanation of human rights and justice from the compensation of death, hoping that the judicial guarantee of human rights can satisfy the theory and practice Unite.
