法律作为一国之规,一直深深植根于文化之中。法律体系作为反映文明发展和历史进程的重要社会意识,它在体现国家特质、彰显民族特色的同时,又融为民族文化的一部分。人们为实现自我规范而创制法律,本身就是对有序社会所做出的积极回应,而这种反馈与特定时间和地点具有天然的相融性,并最终沉淀为人类社会发展的有益尝试。
Law as a country’s rule has always been deeply rooted in culture. As an important social awareness that reflects the development of civilization and the historical process, the legal system reflects the national traits and highlights the national characteristics as well as part of the national culture. People create laws for self-regulation, which itself is a positive response to an orderly society. This feedback has natural blending with specific time and place, and eventually precipitates a useful attempt for the development of human society.
