抗代谢药5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu),为一种抗肿瘤药,具有抑制纤维母细胞增生的作用,使滤过术的巩膜瘘道保持开放,出现滤泡,眼压降低。我科自1989年以来,对8例青光眼小梁切除术后的患者采用结膜下注射5-Fu获得良好降低眼压的效果,特报告如下: 1 临床资料施行小梁切除术后8只眼,男4只眼、女4只眼,年龄最大68岁,最小56岁,均为住院病人。方法:8只眼均在施行小梁切除术后2～3周内眼压又复升高者。采取小梁切除区对侧结膜下注射,每次0.1ml(5mg),注毕用生理盐水冲洗结膜囊,隔日1次,共3～4次。
