人参皂甙Ｂ呈浓度依赖性地降低豚鼠离休心房的心肌收缩力和收缩频率，明显延长左心房的功能性不应期。人参皂甙Ｂ能竞争性拮抗豚鼠离体右心房Ｉｓｏ的正性肌力作用，对ＣａＣＬ＿２的正性肌力作用呈非竟争性拮抗。
Ginsenoside B concentration-dependently reduced the myocardial contractility and contraction frequency of the guinea pig’s atrio-atrial infarct, and significantly prolonged the functional refractory period of the left atrium. Ginsenoside B can competitively antagonize the positive inotropic effect of isolated right ventricular Iso in guinea pigs, showing a non-competitive antagonistic effect on the positive inotropic effect of CaCL2.
