目的探讨一种降低手部辐射吸收剂量的显像剂注射方法。方法对冷穿刺注射法与直接穿刺注射法进行对比,分别测量计算手部接触放射性核素显像剂注射器的时间,注射后注射器残余药量,能否充分利用屏蔽防护,注射点图像伪影情况等。结果冷穿刺注射法能明显提高穿刺成功率,明显缩短手部接触放射性核素显像剂注射器的时间,减少了注射后注射器放射性核素显像剂残余量,图像伪影减少,图像质量明显提高。结论冷穿刺注射法有利于操作人员手部辐射防护。
Objective To investigate a method of injecting imaging agent to reduce the absorbed dose of hand radiation. Methods The contrast between cold puncture injection and direct puncture injection was measured, and the time of hand exposure to the radionuclide imaging agent, the residual dose of the syringe after injection, the shielding effectiveness and the image artifact at the injection point Wait. Results The cold puncture injection method can significantly improve the success rate of puncture, significantly shorten the time of hand contact with radionuclide imaging agent, reduce the residual amount of radionuclide imaging agent after injection, reduce image artifacts and improve the image quality obviously . Conclusion Cold puncture injection is beneficial to radiation protection of the operator’s hand.
