伴随着我国老龄化节奏的加快,我国已成为了世界上老龄化人口最多的国家。有关数据显示,预计到本世纪中叶,中国的老龄化人口将达到五亿,这是个极其庞大的数字,数字的背后显示出我国对这一“银色浪潮”的出现需要背负的压力和所要承担的责任都是无比庞大的。而传统被动式的“家庭型养老”模式在这一趋势下显露出了很多的不足之处,怎样才能使得行动不便的老年人可以在晚年能够生活的更加愉悦和从容?在对这个问题深刻思考的同时,我们势必要通过剖析老年人的心理和生理特点来重新审视老年人养老这一话题。
