根据“治风先治血、血行风自灭”的理论,笔者采用中医活血化瘀法结合西医常规疗法治疗急性脑出血31例,并设西药治疗组对照,取得了较满意的效果,现报告如下。1 临床资料 病例均为我院住院患者,治疗组31例,其中女性17例,女性14例;年龄54岁～83岁,平均67.7岁;患者伴高血压16例,蛛网膜下腔出血1例,冠心病1例,脑疝1例,脑积水1例;出现昏迷8例,意识障碍10例,失语4例,语言不清5例,偏瘫20例。对照组32例,其中男性22例,女性10例;年龄25岁～86岁,平均62.3岁;两组病例在发病年龄、症状及体征方面经统计学处理无显著性差异(P>0.05)。

The control group of 32 patients, including 22 males and 10 females; aged 25 years old to 86 years, an average of 62.3 years old; two groups of patients in terms of age, symptoms and signs were statistically no significant difference (P> 0.05).
