广东市场是在“区域过渡市场模式”构想的指导下得以发展的,但发育程度远远不够。广东市场应是一个有适度垄断的竞争市场,应与国际、国内市场两头对接,规范市场主体行为是培育广东市场的当务之急。在诸多经济关系不能理顺的前提下,在一个传统的非平衡体系中率先实现市场发育,具有相当的艰难性。广东市场的发育对于建立全国社会主义统一市场应该起到示范和推动作用。
The market in Guangdong was developed under the guidance of the concept of “regional transitional market model,” but its development is far from enough. Guangdong market should be a moderately monopolized competitive market, which should be docked with both the international and domestic markets. It is imperative to regulate the behavior of market players in order to foster the market in Guangdong. Under the premise that many economic relations can not be straightened out, it is quite difficult to take the lead in realizing market development in a traditional unbalanced system. The development of the market in Guangdong should play a role of demonstration and promotion in establishing a unified market for socialism.
