通过实验室和工业性试验,结合二辊、四辊轧机的具体条件,制订出控制09MnNb制钢板的生产工艺和选定了合适的化学成分,成功地在冶炼中应用低品位钢铁,生产出具有高强韧性的控轧09MnNb钢板。其屈服强度σ_s比标准值高10kg/mm~2。此钢板可用于造船和汽车大梁等方面,比同性能等级的其他钢板具有生产工艺简单、价格低廉等优点。
Through laboratory and industrial tests, combined with the specific conditions of two-roll and four-roll mills, the production process of 09MnNb steel plate and the selection of appropriate chemical composition were formulated.
