鋼鉄中碳硫含量,过去一般是用燃燒法分别測定,虽然时間不算长,但仍不能满足工作的需要。随着鋼铁工业生产的飞跃发展,化驗工作量不断增加,为了縮短化驗工作时間,更好地为鋼鉄元帅升帳服务,由毛荣椿、戚桂生两位同志,破除迷信,打掉了自卑感,学习了先进經驗,利用旧廢玻璃,苦战三天,克服了各种困难,終于制成了一套“鋼铁”碳硫测定仪。經試驗,結果与碳硫分别进行一致,两个项目的化驗时間仅需3分45秒,大大提高了工作效率。現将該仪器的构造和操作方法介紹如下,請讀者指正。装置設計:本仪器根据国定全苏标准装置,如下图:
