高职学生的创新能力对其职业能力和岗位工作技能的培养乃至今后的职业生涯发展都有重要的意义。作为北京市唯一一所面向首都服务业的高职院校,北京财贸职业学院在这方面进行了一些实践探索。学院按照科学发展观要求,转变教育思想;从岗位需要出发,明确培养目标;改革教学体系,注重能力培养;完善实习实训环境,建设高素质教师队伍。这些措施使学生的创新能力得到了提高。
The innovative ability of higher vocational students is of great significance to the cultivation of their professional ability and post job skills and their future career development. As the only higher vocational college in Beijing serving the capital service industry, Beijing Institute of Finance and Trade has conducted some practical exploration in this respect. College in accordance with the requirements of the scientific concept of development, change the educational thinking; starting from the job needs, a clear training objectives; reform the teaching system, focusing on capacity-building; improve the internship training environment, building high-quality teachers. These measures make students’ innovative ability improved.
