心钠素(cardionatrin)亦称心房肽(atriopeptin)或心房利钠多肽(atrial natri-uretic polypeptide),是从人及大鼠心房组织中分离、纯化的一种新的调节多肽,具有强大的利钠、利尿、扩张血管和降低血压的作用,对于保持机体的内环境稳定有着十分重要的意义,已受到国内外学者的普遍关注。本文借特异性抗心钠素抗体,应用胶体金免疫电镜新方法,对人及大鼠等哺乳动物的心脏组织进行了心钠素的超微结构定位观察,现将结果报告如下:
Cardionatrin, also called atriopeptin or atrial natri-uretic polypeptide, is a new regulatory polypeptide isolated and purified from human and rat atrial tissue. Sodium, diuretic, dilation of blood vessels and the role of lowering blood pressure are very important for maintaining the stability of the internal environment of the body, and have been widely concerned by scholars at home and abroad.
