随着经济水平的日益提升和发展,群众文化作为社会健康发展的重要组成部分具有重要指导作用,群众文化团队建设给城乡文化建设带来了新气象,如何采取有效的措施进行群众文化团队建设与管理是当前社会面临的主要问题,群众文化团队建设要营造一个良好的生存环境,有效拓展群众文化活动,做好宣传与管理工作,制定出科学合理的管理政策,有利于实现城镇区域的协调发展。本文对群众文化团队的基本特征和在建设管理过程中存在的突出问题进行了简要分析,并群众文化团队建设与活动管理的具体实施措施。
