草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idellus Cuv. et Val.)是我国池圹主要的植物食性养殖鱼类,每年需要培育大量大规格鱼种。过去常用黄豆、麦粉等精料。不但耗费大量粮食,而且由于鱼种长到体长2公分以后,食性转变为取食青料(鲜嫩植物)为主,单用精料培育不能完全满足其营养代谢要求,因而,鱼种生长较慢,病害多,成活率低,成本高。为了广辟饵料来源,节省粮食和提高鱼种生产率,近年来,有些地区采取“以粗、青代精”,取得良好效果。我们于1975年起,利用蔗糠旦白和杂草粉等粗料加入少量精料,配制成颗粒饵料投喂草鱼鱼种,效果显著,同时,应用放射性同位素标记多种植物测定草鱼对它们的消化吸收率,为充分利用各种植物作草鱼饵料提供科学依据。
