美国华盛顿消息:一种在动物试验中无出血副作用、可缓解血栓形成的抗体不久将进入临床试验。研究人员说,这种抗体可抑制血小板纤维蛋白原受休,是他们研究的抗血栓制剂中最有效的。
Washington, DC, USA: An antibody that has no bleeding side effects in animal tests and can ease thrombosis will soon enter clinical trials. The researchers said that this antibody inhibits platelet fibrinogen retiring and is the most effective antithrombotic agent they studied.
