1991年11月19日,受铁道部机务局委托,由部驻沈局机车验收室等五个部门组成的鉴定委员会,对锦州机务段机车用ZQDR-410型电机大修厂及所修电机进行了综合审查鉴定. 鉴定委员会组织三个审查组分别对生产条件、技术文件、产品性能质量等方面进行审查.共随机抽样检侧86个项点,合格率为94.2%.其中重要项点31个,主要项点16个,合格率均为100%,高于铁道部规定的标准.鉴定结论为:锦州机务段电机大修厂承修
