党的十七届四中全会把建设马克思主义学习型政党作为一项重大而紧迫的任务,提到了全党面前。江泽民关于马克思主义执政党重视学习、善于学习、创造性学习的一系列新思想、新观点和新论断,形成了内涵丰富、特色鲜明的学习观。系统研读和全面把握江泽民的学习观,对于我们贯彻落实好十七届四中全会的重大部署,加强学习型政党建设具有极为重要的促进作用。
The Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee of the Party referred to the establishment of a learning-oriented political party of Marxism as a major and urgent task. Jiang Zemin’s series of new ideas, new ideas and new assertions about the Marxist ruling party’s emphasis on learning, good at learning and creative learning formed a conception of learning with rich connotation and distinctive features.
