本文研究了氢化物-无色散原子荧光法测定人发中砷的条件,提出了快速、灵敏的准确的分析方法,并已应用于实际样品分析,其检出限为1.6ng/ml,用含砷量为0.81μg/g的发样进行六次平行测定的相对标准偏差为3.1%。
In this paper, the conditions of determination of arsenic in human hair by hydride generation-non-dispersive atomic fluorescence spectrometry have been studied. A rapid, sensitive and accurate analytical method has been proposed and has been applied to the real sample analysis with a detection limit of 1.6ng / ml. The relative standard deviation of six parallel determinations of hair samples with arsenic levels of 0.81 μg / g was 3.1%.
