The article holds that in order to maintain the image of Heilongjiang Province as a cultural province, we must pay close attention to the construction of the human resources and social sciences literature resources guarantee system in Heilongjiang Province. This article discusses the construction of humanities and social sciences information resources in Heilongjiang Province and proposes the construction of the humanities and social sciences information resources security system in the province.
