作者通过走访北京市西城区图书馆、朝阳区图书馆和西城区与朝阳区档案馆,了解了各馆开展政府信息公开服务的现状,认为公共图书馆的政府信息服务需要全面理解《政府信息公开条例》的基本原则;明确服务的主体及对象;依托电子政务,全面提供政府信息公开资源;区别图书馆文献整理与政府信息公开;加强与档案馆及专门图书馆馆员的交流学习;开展对政府信息公开服务的研究,科学、系统地整合政府信息资源。
By visiting the Xicheng District Library, Chaoyang District Library, Xicheng District and Chaoyang District Archives, the author learned about the status quo of open government information services in various libraries and concluded that the government information service of public libraries needs to have a full understanding of the “Open Government Information Regulations, ”the basic principles of clear services; the main body and objects of services; rely on e-government, and provide a full range of government information open resources; distinguish the library literature and government information disclosure; strengthen archives and specialized librarians exchanges and learning; Research on government information open service, integrating government information resources scientifically and systematically.
