淋巴细胞结肠炎(以往称之为显微镜下结肠炎)有慢性水泻、结肠粘膜弥漫性炎性改变和上皮内淋巴细胞计数增多,但内镜检查正常。在大多数病人其病因不清。本文报告1例因服用雷尼替丁6周后出现慢性腹泻并证实为本病的病例。
Lymphocytic colitis (formerly known as microscopic colitis) has chronic watery diarrhea, diffuse inflammatory changes in colonic mucosa and intraepithelial lymphocyte counts, but endoscopy is normal. In most patients its etiology is unclear. This article reports 1 case of chronic diarrhea that has been confirmed to be disease-based 6 weeks after taking ranitidine.
