The original title of the Chinese Journal of Medical Scientific Research Management contains traditional characters that do not meet the requirements of the national text specification. Academician Han Qide, vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress and director of the Peking University’s medical department, has long attached great importance to scientific research management work. He is pleased to write a new issue for this issue during his busy schedule.
