基于新医疗体制下医院财务管理的改进研究,首先要分析医院财务管理传统手段存在的问题,主要有:投资规划不全面、对财务管理的重视度不够、监督评估机制不健全、财务管理制度不合理,然后阐述新医疗体制下医院财务管理的改进要求,根据这个内容,制定改进措施,加强预算环节管理,强化成本预算与控制,完善医院财务管理考核机制,最后实现强化财务管理的目的。
Based on the improvement of hospital financial management under the new medical system, we must first analyze the existing problems in the traditional financial management of hospitals.
