职校生在道德判断能力和学习的动机、习惯、态度、兴趣和意志等方面存在问题。因此,加强职校生思想道德教育,帮助职校生树立学习信心,增强学习动力,培养学习兴趣和毅力,并努力完成学业既重要又紧迫。我在工作中能利用德育教学课堂促进职校生道德判断能力的提高,帮助职校生重新树立学习信心,增强学习动力,培养学习兴趣和毅力,使每一位学生提高道德素质并能顺利完成学业。并通过德育的实践活动,引导学生培育和践行社会主义核心价值观。
Vocational school students have problems in terms of moral judgment and motivation, habits, attitudes, interests and will of learning. Therefore, it is both important and urgent to strengthen the education of ideological and moral education for vocational school students, to help them learn to build confidence, enhance their learning motivation, cultivate their interest in learning and perseverance, and strive to complete their studies. In my work, I can use the classroom of moral education to promote the improvement of the moral judgment ability of vocational school students, help the vocational school students to re-establish the study confidence, enhance the motivation of study, cultivate the interest and perseverance of learning so that every student can improve their moral qualities and finish their studies smoothly. And through moral education practice activities, guide students to nurture and practice socialist core values.
